OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Commercial Carpenter and bring your expertise in constructing, installing, and repairing structures on commercial projects.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your skills to deliver high-quality craftsmanship.As a vital part of our construction crew, you will contribute to building durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing commercial spaces.We are committed to fostering a safe, energetic environment where your skills can shine and grow.Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks.Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding work with precision.Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal studs, drywall, and concrete forms.Install fixtures including windows, doors, moldings, and other structural components in accordance with project specifications.Conduct restoration work such as water damage remediation, stucco application, plastering, and rebar installation to restore or enhance existing structures.Measure materials accurately for fabrication and installation; handle heavy lifting safely during construction activities.Collaborate with team members to ensure projects adhere to safety standards, building codes, and project timelines.Skills Extensive experience in Commercial construction ,blueprint reading for accurate project planning.Proficiency with various carpentry disciplines including framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, Doors, Frames, Hardware Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, nail guns) for diverse construction tasks.Ability to perform drywall installation Ceiling grid and tile install Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols; capable of heavy lifting and working at heights when necessary.Prior experience in restoration industrial/Commercial projects and structural repairs; capable of remodeling tasks across various industries.Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship in commercial construction!
