Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of an educations facility, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for students and staff.Your energetic approach and commitment to high standards will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service.This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial or custodial experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in their work.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, classrooms and common areas Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitized, dust-free, and spotless Maintain cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to meet operational deadlines Handle waste disposal efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied and areas are kept tidy Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning products as needed Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to schools or industrial facilities is advantageous Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods A reliable means of transportation Join us in creating pristine environments that promote productivity and well-being!
