Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for strong cleaners with supervisory skills that want more than cleaning. We are a growing high quality control company that takes pride in our work and keeping our clients happy. This is a nights (5:30p start time M-F) and weekends position Required Skills Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage a team of cleaners, as well as give daily direction and work lists Ability to train, lead and motivate a team to achieve cleanliness standards Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Scheduling and dispatching of staff -Proficient with Google and Google Drive -Excellent organization and time management skills -Honesty, integrity, leadership, knowledge and respect Responsibilities- Are typical for this job position and we can go into more detail if you have questions.
