Commercial Cleaning Technician

Commercial Cleaning Technicians keep assigned areas, such as offices, warehouse, commercial, industrial or institutional buildings clean and in a orderly condition. Work successfully with fellow employees & others. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Explain how to complete a task and understand instructions for the task using basic communication skills. Duties Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Maintain clean work areas. Clean and stock restrooms and break areas. Able to operate heavy floor machinery such as buffers and sweepers. Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum. Pick up and transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas. Skills and Experience Floor machinery experience desired. Janitorial experience preferred but will train. **MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST * Work Remotely No Shifts are 6:30 am-3:00 pm 2:30 pm-11:00 pm 10:30 pm-7:00 am Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Experience: Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
