Job Overview Broomsticx Cleaning Service LLC is hiring reliable and detail-oriented cleaners for commercial buildings. This position is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and can work independently. Responsibilities: General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting) Restroom sanitation Trash removal Floor care (basic) Following cleaning checklists Taking before/after photos (required) Daily/Weekly Tasks Task Description Cleaning of Offices, Conference Rooms, Work Areas, and Pantry. Daily/Weekly Tasks High and low dusting of horizontal services including desks, sills, and cabinets. Sweeping of floors including under desks, behind doors, etc. Wiping of sides of desks, files, trash cans, doors, windows, mirrors, and cabinets. Removal of all garbage and recycling. Loading and unloading of dishwasher. Deep Cleaning of Offices, Conference Rooms, Work Areas, and Pantry. Wipe clean legs and bases of chairs and tables in offices, conference rooms, and work areas. Clean all ceiling and HVAC vents in offices, conference rooms, work areas, and pantry. Thorough wiping of all clear areas of office desktops and horizontal surfaces. Thorough wiping of all glass doors, walls, and partitions. Mopping of all floors. Dust/Wipe All Ceiling Vents, Track Lighting, and Exposed Pipes.
