Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Concrete General Manager to lead our concrete division with energy and vision.This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of commercial concrete operations, driving growth, optimizing processes, and ensuring profitability.The ideal candidate will possess a strong management background, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and have a passion for business development within the construction materials industry.Your leadership will shape our division's success by fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire commercial concrete division, setting strategic goals aligned with company objectives to ensure sustained growth and market competitiveness.Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand client base, secure new projects, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.Oversee project management activities from bidding to project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Drive process improvements by implementing best practices in production, safety, quality control, and operational efficiency to maximize profit margins.Supervise and mentor team members across departments including sales, operations, and project management to cultivate high performance and professional growth.Monitor financial performance through profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure divisional profitability and sustainable growth.Foster a safety-first environment by ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a culture of continuous safety awareness.Experience Proven management experience in the commercial concrete or construction materials industry with a track record of leading successful teams.Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and project management within a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to oversee profit & loss responsibilities while driving revenue growth through sales initiatives.Supervising experience that highlights effective leadership, team development, and process optimization skills.Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices related to concrete production and delivery.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Join us as we build the future of construction materials!
