Dallas, TX | Competitive Compensation We’re working with a rapidly scaling, publicly traded infrastructure platform building next-generation energy and technology systems. This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, deal-heavy in-house role at an early stage of growth. What You’ll Do Draft and negotiate commercial and vendor agreements Support M&A, debt finance, capital markets, and real estate transactions Advise on day-to-day business and operational legal issues Partner closely with internal teams across finance, operations, and leadership Assist with legal processes, documentation, and knowledge management What They’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience (law firm and/or in-house) Strong exposure to corporate, finance, or transactional work Experience with M&A, capital markets, or real estate preferred Business-minded, execution-focused, and able to operate independently Why This Role High visibility with senior leadership Broad scope beyond a typical in-house silo Exposure to large-scale, complex infrastructure projects Strong long-term growth trajectory Interested candidates should submit a resume and deal sheet to Key Hemyari , Daria Ruiz, and Mary Powell (to key@saltulegal.com, druiz@saltulegal.com, and mpowell@saltulegal.com).
