Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical construction projects within commercial settings. This role is vital in ensuring that electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on the job site, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications. Your expertise in construction management and electrical systems will drive project success from start to finish, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results. This is a working lead position. You will be expected to conduct both installation and leadership on small to medium sized commercial projects. Duties Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications This is a working lead position. Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes Oversee quality control measures, conduct inspections, and verify adherence to safety protocols including OSHA regulations Collaborate with Project Manager on budgeting, procurement, contracts, and change orders to optimize resource allocation Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for testing electrical systems and ensure all work meets industry standards for safety and performance Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with a strong background in electrical systems within commercial projects Proven supervising experience leading electrical crews or teams on large-scale projects Deep understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling Knowledge of contracts management and ability to interpret technical documents related to electrical installations Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance Skilled in using testing equipment such as Ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members effectively Join us in delivering top-tier commercial electrical solutions!
