Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Fence Foreman to lead and oversee fencing projects within the commercial construction sector. In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, supervise crews, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold safety and quality standards. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of large-scale fencing installations, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities Lead and supervise fencing installation crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specifications Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication Proven supervising experience in commercial fencing or related heavy construction projects Train new employees and ensure they have what they need to be successful and ensure they are meeting all of our standards Work with management to keep moral high and inform management if changes need to be made REQUIREMENTS Familiarity with contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Hands-on experience with construction site activities including use all job related tools Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a safety-conscious work environment Must be able to build all kinds of fences (Chain-link, wrought iron, wood, vinyl) Highly preferred welding experience for welding gates Construction site experience with a focus on quality control and adherence to project timelines.
