Commercial HVAC Sales Representative Location: Hybrid work from home and meet with clients in Tucson territory Compensation: $50,000 Base + Commission ($115K-$250K+ Total Potential) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Sell Stability, Not One-Off Jobs This is not transactional sales. This role is about building long-term service relationships that drive recurring revenue and lock in customer loyalty.
