Job Description Commercial CSR Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial CSR to join a close-knit and well-established team. This role is pivotal in supporting a commercial department by handling back-end tasks such as Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day service needs. You will work closely with 1-2 account managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. This is a full-time, in-office position with the potential for one remote day per week after full training. Compensation Package Salary Range: $52,000 - $60,000 annually Benefits Include: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Process endorsements, policy changes, and Certificates of Insurance (COI) Provide day-to-day service and support for commercial accounts Collaborate with account managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system (Epic) Support a variety of accounts, including agriculture, construction, trucking, oil and gas, and captives, with account sizes ranging from $5,000 to $200,000 Qualifications/Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the workforce; prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic or similar agency management software is preferred Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Work Environment: Full-time in-office role, with potential for one remote day per week after training
