Duties Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through networking, cold calling, telemarketing, and community outreach to expand our customer base. Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend appropriate coverage options and solutions. Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage details with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Manage sales administration tasks including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy features, and assisting with claims or benefits administration. Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive client information and ensure all sales activities adhere to legal standards. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to clearly articulate product benefits and close deals effectively. Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate client data and develop tailored solutions. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Knowledge of marketing strategies and benefits administration enhances your ability to attract and retain clients. Experience with telemarketing or cold calling techniques is a plus for expanding outreach efforts. Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles, HIPAA regulations (if applicable), and the importance of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
