As a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager III, you'll manage a robust loan portfolio, cultivate new client relationships, and offer tailored lending solutions that help move businesses forward. You bring a solid foundation in commercial lending and are ready to take on larger, more complex clients with confidence while still collaborating with senior leadership on high-value transactions. You will be responsible for: Building and expanding a high-quality commercial loan portfolio by developing relationships with new and existing clients and referral sources. Spending approximately 60% of your time in the field meeting with business owners, centers of influence, and prospects to drive growth. Managing moderately complex loan relationships independently and beginning to work with larger, more sophisticated clients under the guidance of leadership. Collaborating with credit and internal teams during the underwriting process, applying sound judgment and policy knowledge. Maintaining current financials and timely credit reviews to manage risk and ensure portfolio health. Advising business clients on financial strategies and partnering with internal specialists to deliver holistic banking solutions. Exercising lending authority within assigned limits and appropriately referring larger loans for approval. Requirements: Education & Experience You will need a bachelor's degree in a directly related field AND one 4-8 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
