OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING Opening: Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Palmer, AK Pay: $90-100K DOE A well-established and growing Alaska organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings strong commercial insurance knowledge with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. This role will focus on managing and servicing commercial accounts, supporting renewals, marketing new business, and building strong long-term client relationships. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and service commercial insurance accounts from start to finish Market new business opportunities and renewal accounts with carriers Prepare renewals, proposals, binders, certificates, and policy documents Gather underwriting information and maintain accurate client records Review coverage needs and assist clients with policy recommendations Maintain ongoing communication with clients to support retention and account growth Work closely with leadership and carriers regarding renewals, cancellations, and account changes Prioritize multiple deadlines and maintain strong organization in a high-volume environment What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience Active Alaska Property & Casualty License required Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and underwriting processes Excellent communication and client relationship skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently Experience with Microsoft Office required AMS360 and AgencyZoom experience preferred Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Competitive compensation up to $100K DOE Stable and established organization Collaborative and professional team environment Long-term growth opportunity within the insurance industry NEXT STEPS: Just hit the “Apply” button above and you’re half-way home!
