Job Title: Commercial Litigation Trial Paralegal Job Type: Full Time - on site Location: Miami, FL Job Overview: Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Trial Paralegal to join its Miami office. The ideal candidate will have substantial trial experience in both state and federal courts and a strong background in commercial litigation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and can provide comprehensive trial and case management support to litigation attorneys.. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary: $90,000 -$100,000 commensurate with experience On-site position in the Firm's Miami office Firm pays for parking Key Responsibilities: Prepare trial materials, including binders, exhibits, witness files, and evidence. Support attorneys through all stages of a case, from filing to post-trial. Draft and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas. Conduct legal and factual research and summarize findings. Manage documents and e-discovery, including indexing and production tracking. Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors. Assist with deposition scheduling, preparation, and exhibits. Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and timelines. Qualifications: Solid trial experience in both state and federal courts (required). Commercial litigation experience (required). Antitrust litigation experience (preferred). 3-5 years of paralegal experience in a litigation-focused environment. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and case management. Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation support software. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
