Commercial Multi-Trade Service Technician Boyer Partners LLC – Charlotte, NC Boyer Partners is seeking an experienced Commercial Multi-Trade Service Technician to support our growing regional maintenance and facilities operations throughout North Carolina and surrounding areas. We are NOT looking for someone who only specializes in one trade. We are looking for an all-around technician who is comfortable troubleshooting, diagnosing, and completing a wide range of commercial maintenance and repair work independently. Typical work includes Plumbing and drain repairs PVC work Electrical troubleshooting Drywall / FRP / tile repairs Door and hardware repairs Fixture installation General commercial maintenance and repair work Emergency and after-hours service calls Ideal candidates: Can work independently with minimal supervision Are strong troubleshooters and problem-solvers Have experience across multiple trades Are comfortable traveling throughout NC/SC Have their own basic tools/equipment Can communicate professionally with clients and management This is a regional field position. Some days may involve travel to Asheville, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Columbia, and surrounding areas depending on workload.
