Commercial Office Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to help maintain a professional office environment.This position involves routine commercial cleaning of a commercial office and is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work and takes pride in quality cleaning.Schedule 3 days per week Start time:Anytime after 5:00 PM Typical cleaning time is 4 - 4.5 hours per visit Minimum 4.5 hours guaranteed pay per shift Pay $17 - $19 per hour Guaranteed minimum of 4.5 hours per shift Annual raise of $0.25 - $0.50 per hour based on performance Responsibilities Empty trash and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms Dust surfaces, desks, and common areas Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors Clean breakroom/kitchen areas Maintain overall cleanliness of the office Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Must be dependable and consistent with schedule Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required About Us KH-Elite Cleaning Services provides professional commercial cleaning services for offices, construction projects, and commercial facilities.We value quality work, reliability, and creating long-term opportunities for our team members.Job Types:Part-time, Contract Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours:15.0 - 20.0 per week Benefits:Opportunities for advancement Paid training Work Location:In person.
