Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in San Antonio, TX. In this role, the agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and lease commercial properties. Tasks will include managing property transactions, identifying market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property evaluations, and negotiating deals. The agent will actively collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve financial success and uphold company standards of excellence. Qualifications Expertise in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, and Broker services. Valid Real Estate License and familiarity with local real estate regulations. Strong Sales skills and proven ability to close deals successfully. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience in commercial real estate is a plus. Self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset are essential.
