Job Description A top restoration company is looking for a Commercial Reconstruction Project Manager . They need someone who is skilled with running both residential and commercial losses. They will handle reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate will have a reconstruction and Restoration background. Must have experience in Xactimate. Core Responsibilities Manage commercial reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion. Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects. Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans. Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred). Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement. Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance. Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders. Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes. Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals. Utilize DASH (NetGear Solutions) for job tracking and documentation.
