A Tech I is qualified and able to conduct basic installs and repairs in the field but is not considered proficient enough to work unsupervised. A Tech I will assist in the supervision and installation of DX Split Systems, above ceiling unit replacements and rooftop replacements Service Retrofit Tech II - A level II Tech should have 3+ years of field experience.
