Duties Verify incoming orders with clients and oversee Service Technicians for scheduled orders, ensuring data entry, safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times Verify incoming orders with clients and oversee Equipment Delivery on scheduled orders, ensuring data entry, safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress of incoming order status and equipment maintenance schedules efficiently Manage procurement of supplies, tools and equipment needed for each order Maintain accurate documentation including operational hours, project logs, safety reports, maintenance reports and work completion records Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly Oversee safety practices, conduct routine tool/equipment inspections, and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations Assist with technical drawings to support accurate order fulfillment Requirements Experience in construction culture (preferred not required) Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, equipment and safety protocols associated with commercial roofing (preferred not required) Ability to learn schematics and technical drawings to support order execution Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and OSHA standards (preferred not required) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously Strong communication skills to lead teams effectively Ability to learn, navigate and utilize computer/software necessary for operational purposes Note:The above duties and requirements are not meant to be an All Inclusive and the job may require additional skills and duties to fulfill the role This role offers a rewarding environment where your leadership skills and construction expertise will directly impact company success.We value safety first while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere that encourages growth.If you're ready to take charge in a thriving commercial roofing company--apply today!
