Description Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual Company, is seeking a Regional Small Commercial Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of small commercial producers. In this pivotal role you'll drive regional sales, retention, and customer satisfaction by developing agents, strengthening carrier partnerships, and championing operational excellence across sales and service delivery. The successful candidate for this position will be eligible to earn variable compensation of up to 50% of their base salary in 2026, contingent upon achieving the designated key performance measures We are looking for people in the following states: TN, SC, NC, GA, FL & AL Key responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop a team of small commercial producers to meet or exceed new-business, retention, premium growth and profitability goals. Provide strategic guidance to expand and optimize the agency, identifying and evaluating new market and business opportunities Support agents through the sales cycle: advise on policy types, effective coverage, renewals, policy changes and complex submissions/renewals. Drive new business development by coaching agents on lead follow-up, cross-selling, prospect cultivation and referral strategies. Act as a primary liaison among agents, clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of post-enrollment issues. Maintain and strengthen carrier relationships in partnership with Relationship Managers to enhance product access and service.
