OverviewAre you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional eager to make a significant impact in the business to business marketplace? As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint by selling dumpsters, getting our name out there, and engaging with potential clients.We recommend being somewhat familiar in commercial waste management industry.Your main focus will be to drive growth through territory management and exceptional customer service.This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in outside sales, management, and business development to build lasting relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.Conduct proactive outreach through lead generation, and networking to establish a robust pipeline of prospects.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that benefit both the client and the company while ensuring compliance with company policies.Develop targeted campaigns that support territory growth and brand awareness.Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights for continuous improvement.Experience Proven success in outside sales.Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies.Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies in commercial waste management accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.Prior management experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in advancing into sales management roles.Join us as a Commercial Sales Representative where your energy fuels growth for a local, and family-owned business!
