About StreetGlow StreetGlow has been a leader in automotive lighting for over 35 years, serving performance shops, dealerships, and enthusiasts nationwide.We are expanding our sales team and looking for someone who understands the aftermarket world and knows how to close.The Role This is a performance-based inside sales role focused on developing and managing commercial accounts in the heavy-duty and recovery vehicle industry.We are seeking someone who understands the technical demands of work trucks, tow fleets, and recovery equipment -- and can confidently manage B2B sales conversations.Responsibilities Develop and manage commercial truck and recovery accounts Provide technical lighting recommendations for heavy-duty applications Grow revenue through account management and upselling Maintain long-term relationships with fleet operators and distributors Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Qualifications Experience in heavy-duty truck equipment, towing, fleet sales, or related industries Strong phone and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing technical specifications and work-zone visibility needs Performance-driven and self-motivated Compensation Uncapped earning potential.Realistic first-year earnings for motivated performers range from $80,000-$120,000+.Pay:$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Application Question(s):Are you comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure with draw against commission?
