A company is looking for a Commercial Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to the commercial sales team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and analyze customer schedules to ensure timely product shipments Assist in managing customer accounts and preparing sales documentation, including quotes and proposals Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status and support onboarding of new accounts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of experience in sales support or operations 2 years of experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) Experience in strategic customer planning and construction scheduling is preferred Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools Self-motivated and able to thrive in customer environments with high autonomy
