Location: Pensacola, FL Compensation: Base Salary $55K - $75K Commission ( OTE $125K - $150K+ ) Position Overview Growing security and life safety company seeking a Commercial Security Sales Consultant to drive new business growth in the Pensacola market. This is an outside sales role focused on prospecting, relationship-building, and selling customized commercial security and fire protection solutions. Key Responsibilities Prospect, network, cold call, and generate new commercial business opportunities Meet with business owners, property managers, and contractors to assess needs Conduct on-site evaluations and recommend tailored solutions Sell systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire monitoring Prepare proposals, bids, and present solutions to decision-makers Build long-term customer relationships and referral networks Stay active in local networking groups and business organizations Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth handoff after close Preferred Background 2+ years of outside sales / B2B sales experience Security, alarm, fire systems, low-voltage, construction, HVAC, telecom, or related industry sales preferred Strong hunter mentality with confidence in cold outreach and pipeline generation Familiarity with Pensacola / Florida Panhandle business market preferred Comfortable learning technical products and explaining solutions professionally Qualifications Proven ability to generate and close new business Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Benefits Health coverage Retirement plan / 401(k) Paid time off Paid training and career development Why Join Immediate openings with growth opportunity Strong base salary plus high commission upside Established company with strong support team
