About Us & the Opportunity We're growing our commercial installation team and looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Installer who takes pride in quality work and shows up ready to perform. If you have hands-on ductwork experience and want to work alongside a dependable crew on a range of commercial projects, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Install commercial duct systems — including spiral duct, TDC, and slip and drive configurations Read and work from blueprints, plans, and project specifications Measure, cut, and fit ductwork precisely to job requirements Coordinate directly with general contractors and project leads throughout installations Work alongside teammates to meet project timelines and quality standards Ensure all work meets applicable building codes and job specifications Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements What We're Looking For Hands-on commercial ductwork installation experience Journeyman Sheet Metal card (or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Ability to handle and maneuver materials and equipment on the job Strong mechanical aptitude with sharp attention to detail Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team Committed to safety — familiar with OSHA standards and protocols Nice to Have Experience with gas piping installation Thermostat wiring background HVAC service or maintenance experience Physical Demands This is an active, hands-on role. You should be comfortable with the following on a regular basis: On your feet for 8–10 hour shifts across a variety of job site conditions Lifting and carrying 25–75 lbs.; occasional heavier loads with assistance Working at heights — ladders, lifts, rooftops, and elevated platforms Bending, kneeling, crouching, and working in confined or tight spaces Operating hand and power tools with precision Working in varying temperatures and both indoor and outdoor environments Wearing required PPE at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots) Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
