You can search for this position's full job description here SUPERVISION General supervision will be provided by the Commercial Solid Waste Assistant Manager and Commercial Solid Waste Supervisors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All behaviors comply with the Code of Conduct & Rules of Behavior outlined in Chapter 8 of the General Government Policies and Procedures Manual. Adheres to assigned work schedule as outlined in city and department attendance policies and procedures. Operate and maintain a variety of heavy and highly complex equipment including tractor trailers, rollers, large loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, rubber tire loader, water truck, rotor boom, commercial front load, roll off, transfer truck, twenty (20) yard solid waste truck and other similar equipment and machinery in excavating, filling, compacting and moving refuse and other materials. Drive to and from destinations as assigned by Supervisor. Perform minor repairs on assigned equipment including changing tires; report the need for major repair
