Job DescriptionJob Description Superintendent – Healthcare / Telecommunications Project Dublin, Georgia (On-site | Project-Based ~18 Months) We are working with a growing contractor supporting a major healthcare campus in Dublin, GA, and are seeking a Superintendent to lead a unique, technically driven project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on environments and is open to working in a less urban location while playing a key role in a long-term, high-impact project. About the Project This is a campus-wide renovation and infrastructure project focused on connecting multiple buildings through advanced telecommunications systems. The work involves electronic medical records integration and data connectivity across a live hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day field operations across a multi-building healthcare campus Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Manage logistics and sequencing in an active hospital setting Collaborate closely with project management and client stakeholders Ensure compliance with all healthcare facility protocols and safety requirements Drive progress on a technically complex, telecom/data-driven scope What We're Looking For ~10–15 years of construction experience, with proven success as a Superintendent Experience working in healthcare environments or data centers / telecommunications / low-voltage systems Strong understanding of working in live/occupied facilities (hospital experience is a major plus) Comfortable with technology and coordination of systems-heavy scopes Ability to adapt and lead in a non-traditional project setting Open to being based in or traveling to Dublin, GA for the duration of the project Compensation Target total compensation around $150,000 – $160,000 all-in Structure is flexible depending on whether the candidate is local or traveling Why This Opportunity Long-term project with strong potential for continued work Opportunity to support a growing healthcare facility with repeat business High-visibility role on a unique, technically focused project Less competition in the market due to location — strong opportunity for the right individual If you're open to hearing more, or know someone who might be a fit, feel free to reach out directly @Barb@Estremandco.com
