About This Position Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm This position will be working out of a jail/correctional facility and would be working around inmates. Plan, direct, manage and coordinate the activities associated with a warehouse and delivering product to canteens. Supervises a team of Warehouse Workers (when applicable) and Inmate Work Crews involved in receiving, staging, packing, and distributing Inmate Commissary products. Onsite management representative for the Company. Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for all aspects of warehouse operation Building and maintaining positive connections with clients by regularly communicating, understanding their needs, proactively addressing concerns, providing excellent service, and working to ensure their continued satisfaction with the company's products or services, ultimately aiming to retain them as long-term customers. Initiate and maintains regular, ongoing client contact according to pre-planned schedule to assist in and resolve operational concerns.
