We are currently expanding our recruiting team and seeking driven, self-motivated IT Recruiters who thrive in a performance-based environment and want unlimited earning potential. This position is for a Commission-Only IT Recruiter and 100% Remote As a Remote Commission-Only IT Recruiter, you will identify, engage, qualify, and place IT professionals with our client companies. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity ideal for recruiters who are entrepreneurial, disciplined, and motivated by commission-based earnings. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement. Responsibilities Source and recruit IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other creative channels. Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit Present qualified candidates to hiring managers Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process Negotiate offers and close placements Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS/CRM system (Bullhorn) Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality IT talent Requirements Experience recruiting IT or technical professionals preferred Strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-driven and results-oriented Ability to work independently in a remote environment Access to sourcing tools and reliable internet What We Offer 100% remote flexibility Uncapped earning potential Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Access to active client requisitions Commercial Programming Systems, Inc.
