Position Title:Social Media & Communications Coordinator Status:Part-Time Up to 16 hours per week (Hybrid) Reports To:Association Executive Salary:$15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience About Us:At the Las Cruces Association of REALTORS , we support and empower our members by providing education, advocacy, and community engagement opportunities that promote ethical practices, professional growth, and successful real estate transactions.Join us in building an ethical, vibrant real estate community in southern New Mexico.Position Summary:The Las Cruces Association of REALTORS (LCAR) is seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Part-Time Social Media & Communications Coordinator to lead our digital and member communications.This role manages social media, email newsletters, website updates, and marketing materials that engage and inform our REALTOR members.If you enjoy designing graphics, writing engaging posts, and bringing ideas to life, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities:Manage LCAR's Facebook, Instagram, and Constant Contact newsletters.Design flyers, graphics, and event materials that reflect LCAR's brand.Update the LCAR website with fresh, timely content.Assist with event promotion and photography.Qualifications:Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or digital media.Strong writing skills and experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.Please note:To avoid conflicts of interest, candidates who are current members of the Las Cruces Association of REALTORS (LCAR) or who are actively engaged in real estate sales are not eligible for this position.Pay:$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Application Question(s):This is a hybrid position with flexible hours.Are you comfortable commuting to our office in Las Cruces, NM as needed?
