Continental Roofing Company is growing and actively looking for energetic, driven individuals to join our team as Community Brand Ambassadors in the Montgomery area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, building relationships, and creating opportunities within the community. As a Community Brand Ambassador, you will help connect homeowners with our inspection team following recent storm activity throughout the area. What You’ll Do Represent Continental Roofing Company professionally throughout local neighborhoods and community events Network and build relationships within the Montgomery community Speak with homeowners about complimentary roof inspections Generate booked inspection opportunities for our inspectors Help homeowners understand the roofing and insurance restoration process Create positive customer experiences and build trust within the community Work closely with our inspection and leadership teams Compensation: $30 for every booked and kept inspection appointment Additional $100 bonus for every insurance approved project generated from your inspection opportunities Unlimited earning potential Weekly pay opportunities available What We’re Looking For: Outgoing and professional personality Strong communication and networking skills Self motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners Reliable transportation Experience in networking, customer service, outreach, hospitality, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required Why Join Continental Roofing Company?
