We are expanding our presence across Michigan and building a Community Engagement Team that will represent the organization at events, build relationships, and ensure women feel seen, supported, and welcomed. If you love connecting with people, serving your community, and representing a mission that transforms lives, we’d love to meet you. ✨ Open Roles on the Community Engagement Team Community Engagement Lead (CEO Support) A leadership role serving directly alongside the CEO at in‑person events. Key Focus: Representation, event support, relationship building, and strengthening the organization’s visibility across Michigan. Community Engagement Coordinator (Michigan‑Based) Supports planning, logistics, and execution of all community outreach activities. Key Focus: Event coordination, partner communication, engagement tracking, and ensuring a polished presence at every gathering. Community Engagement Ambassador (In‑Person) Serves as the welcoming, relational face of the organization at events. Key Focus: Greeting attendees, sharing program information, collecting contacts, and supporting event setup and breakdown. Virtual Community Engagement Ambassador (Remote) Supports digital outreach and online engagement for women who cannot attend in‑person events. Key Focus: Online communication, digital follow‑up, virtual event support, and promoting upcoming programs. Community Partnerships Liaison (Michigan‑Based) Builds and maintains relationships with churches, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations. Key Focus: Partnership development, networking, collaborative initiatives, and expanding the organization’s reach across Michigan.
