Regala is a startup building AI compliance and surveillance infrastructure for prediction markets. Our team includes Stanford founders and ex-Google/Amazon engineers. We're backed by Pareto Holdings in addition to early investors in Kalshi and Polymarket. We're hiring a Community Growth & Operations Intern to support day-to-day execution across community building, events, growth, and operations. What You'll Work On Coordinating team check-ins, standups, and day-to-day operational logistics Supporting events, workshops, and community programs Creating content, campaigns, and onboarding flows Conducting user research and gathering ecosystem feedback Supporting recruiting efforts through events, referral networks, and direct outreach Requirements Sociable, proactive, and comfortable engaging with communities and users Understanding of platform dynamics, internet culture, and content distribution Strong execution ability and willingness to move quickly Available to relocate to San Francisco for the summer Nice-to-Have Prior experience at an early-stage startup High agency and ownership mindset Thoughtful perspectives on technology, media, and online communities Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Meals with the team Housing included
