Location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $26 - 28 per hour We are seeking a proactive, execution-focused Community Management Specialis t to join our client's team. In this role, you will serve as a Digital Beauty Advisor, acting as the front-line voice of brand across all social platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring community management runs smoothly, maintaining brand voice, tracking inbounds, and keeping internal workflows aligned. The ideal candidate is a beauty lover who understands industry culture, possesses an "always-on" mindset, and is obsessed with providing a world-class consumer experience. This role offers a clear path toward senior-level growth for an organized, process-driven professional. Responsibilities: Community Engagement & Brand Voice Daily Execution: Manage reactive engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Response Management: Compose custom, professional, and clear responses to comments, DMs, story mentions, and tagged content. Brand Alignment: Follow FAQ documents for launches and key social moments to ensure all responses align with approved brand guidelines and tone of voice. Consumer Influence: Act as a brand expert to influence purchase decisions and provide "surprise and delight" moments through care gifting and mailers. Documentation, Reporting & Logistics Workflow Management: Maintain accurate task tracking in Monday.com and ensure daily/weekly boards are up to date. Data Integrity: Keep all trackers updated, including Customer Service, Influencer/PR, Time Trackers, and CRM data. Reporting: Contribute insights, community patterns, and screenshots to monthly recaps. Support Account Leads with data tracking and reporting preparation. Issue Escalation: Flag critical customer complaints, sensitive comments, and influencer requests to internal teams in real-time. Strategy & Trend Awareness Social Listening: Stay informed on social trends, beauty culture moments, and emerging platforms. Insight Integration: Identify recurring community patterns or FAQs and recommend content or engagement strategies based on consumer feedback. Continuous Learning: Attend brand and care trainings to stay updated on best practices and social strategies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Experience: 1-2 years of community management or social media engagement experience (Agency experience preferred). Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Dash Social) and project management software. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with strict attention to grammar and brand voice. Industry Passion: A deep interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands with an understanding of current digital trends. Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility: Must be willing to work outside standard business hours, including weekends, to support business needs and response time goals. Performance Measurements & Expectations. Responsiveness: Maintain a 100% Reply Rate and meet established response time goals across all channels. Quality Control: Meet established quality standards and consumer satisfaction/sentiment scores. Accuracy: Ensure all trackers and FAQs are updated daily with zero lag in documentation. Collaboration: Receive positive feedback from the Team Lead and Account Director regarding proactive communication and resourcefulness.
