Fairmont Management Inc. is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly organized Community Manager to lead operations at a large, 251-unit garden-style apartment community in West Covina. Conveniently located just south of the 10 freeway and moments from the Westfield shopping mall, this community offers residents convenient access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and major commuter routes throughout the San Gabriel Valley and beyond. This is an especially exciting time to join the property as the community prepares to launch a major courtyard renovation featuring new BBQ areas, fire pits, and outdoor dining spaces designed to create a resort-style poolside experience. In addition, the property is actively renovating apartment interiors, offering residents a modern, elevated finish package alongside classic apartment homes. We are looking for a leader who can successfully manage daily operations while helping guide the property through this exciting transformation. This role requires a highly organized and proactive leader who can successfully manage multiple priorities, motivate onsite staff, and maintain exceptional operational standards in a fast-moving environment. You will play a critical role in driving occupancy, resident retention, team development, and the successful execution of ongoing property renovations and enhancements.
