Build a Purpose‑Driven Career as a Community Mobility Driver Community Mobility Drivers play a critical role in providing safe, reliable transportation for individuals with disabilities. What You’ll Do as a Community Mobility Driver: Safely transport passengers with disabilities to medical appointments and essential destinations Provide consistent, on‑time service along assigned routes Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices properly and safely Offer door‑to‑door assistance to ensure a comfortable, supportive experience Deliver courteous, respectful, and professional service on every trip What You’ll Need as a Community Mobility Driver: Valid MO Class E , KS Class C , or any CDL (Licenses from either state accepted) Ability to pass a DOT physical and DOT drug screening Drug testing includes marijuana Availability to work at least one weekend shift Flexibility for early morning starts (as early as 3:30 AM ) or late evening shifts (ending as late as 12:30 AM ) Compensation & Benefits as a Community Mobility Driver: Starting pay: $20.86 per hour Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Available Shifts Opening Shifts 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun Closing Shifts 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM | Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat Drive With Purpose Join a team that has been supporting mobility and independence in Kansas City for decades.
