About Us:At Stay in Home Care, LLC we are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized homecare services to individuals in need.Our team is driven by a mission to improve the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.We're looking for a motivated, creative, and dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our reach and impact in the community.Job Description:As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our services to new clients and building relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations.You will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating outreach efforts, and supporting the sales process to drive new business and maintain current client relationships.The Sales Coordinator also plays an important role in improving the lives of our clients by assisting families with care planning and in-home consultations, while also arranging care start dates.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and growth of the agency.Coordinate and manage outreach efforts with local healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.Organize weekly sales action plans to track progress and ensure a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship-building.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, partnerships, and referrals.Create opportunities to secure new sales leads and convert them into long-term relationships.Assist in care planning for families and facilitate in-home consultations to assess client needs.Arrange care start dates to ensure a smooth transition for clients beginning homecare services.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure satisfaction and continued business.Organize and attend networking events, health fairs, and other community engagement activities.Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media content, etc.).Track and report on sales and marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.Collaborate with the agency's leadership team to align marketing efforts with company goals.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the agency's marketing strategy relevant and competitive.Qualifications:Previous experience in sales and marketing, particularly in homecare or healthcare environment.Familiarity with the healthcare industry and homecare regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with AxisCare software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for helping others and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the agency.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Join our team as we strive to enhance our brand presence and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies!
