Job Title:Community Outreach Assistant (Part-Time / PRN) Location:Pittsburgh, PA (local neighborhoods & surrounding areas) Pay:$14-$18 per hour (based on experience) Job Type:Part-Time & PRN (as-needed) Schedule:Flexible weekday availability; occasional evenings/weekends Company:Confiable Home Health Care Job Description:Confiable Home Health Care is a locally owned, nurse-led home care and home health agency serving families throughout the Pittsburgh area.We are seeking a friendly, dependable Community Outreach Assistant to support our community engagement and local awareness efforts.This role helps connect families with information about in-home care resources and supports our hiring outreach.This is not a sales role--it is a community-facing position focused on awareness, relationship-building, and helpful resource sharing.Responsibilities:Distribute informational materials (flyers, brochures, door hangers) in approved neighborhoods and community locations Visit community centers, churches, senior housing, and local organizations to share information about our services Support community events, health fairs, and outreach activities as needed Engage respectfully with community members and provide basic information about Confiable Home Health Care (no medical advice) Collect opt-in contact information from interested individuals for follow-up by our care coordination team Track outreach activities (locations visited, materials distributed, conversations had) and report back to the team Represent Confiable Home Health Care professionally at all times Qualifications:Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with people in the community Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Strong communication and professionalism Dependable and punctual Comfortable walking/standing during outreach shifts Prior outreach, customer service, or community engagement experience is a plus (not required) What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay with flexible scheduling PRN flexibility for events, campaigns, and pop-up outreach Training, scripts, and clear expectations (no sales pressure) Opportunity to make a positive impact in local communities Supportive team environment Potential for growth as the company expands Apply through Indeed.Qualified candidates will be contacted for a brief phone screen.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours:10 - 20 per week Application Question(s):Do you have a vehicle and valid license?
