Community Outreach Liaison – Behavioral Health (Part-Time) Baltimore, MD Pay: $22/hour Job Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week) Job Description Breathe Freely Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Community Outreach Liaison to help expand awareness of our substance use and behavioral health services. This role focuses on building community relationships and strengthening referral partnerships. Responsibilities Build relationships with referral sources (hospitals, probation, shelters, providers) Conduct community outreach and networking Attend events and represent the agency Educate partners about available services Track outreach activity and referrals Support agency growth through engagement and follow-up Requirements Strong communication and networking skills Ability to work independently in the community Reliable transportation required Experience in behavioral health or social services preferred Schedule Flexible part-time schedule (15–20 hours/week), based on outreach activities and community events.
