Full job description The BarrWood Services team is seeking a dynamic and energetic Community Relationship and Sales Representative to join our SE Michigan team! In this role, you will own the prospect outreach, pipeline development and sales closing responsibilities on BarrWood Solutions community repair and contract construction work. Your enthusiasm for building connections, combined with sales expertise & problem solving creativity will expand our presence and create lasting partnerships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in outside sales, business development, and account management within a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prospecting, cold-calling, mass and 1:1 outreach to promote brand awareness and engagement. Identify new sales opportunities through prospect discovery conversations in-person, on the phone and via email. Manage territory sales by developing targeted plans to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical sales to showcase offerings effectively at trade shows. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using our CRM software HouseCall Pro. Collaborate with marketing team to share conversion ratio & and campaign feedback. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales and territory development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication, and customer service skills to foster trust and long-term relationships. Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking A proactive mindset with experience in cold calling, inside sales, retail sales, or direct sales environments is highly desirable.
