Community Service Officer The City of Elk Grove is now accepting applications for the position of Community Service Officer within the Police Department. The Community Service Officer provides a supporting role to all areas of the services provided by the Police Department and will perform a wide variety of specialized non-sworn law enforcement duties; including responding to calls for service, providing information and assistance to the public, and other administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be motivated, customer-oriented and committed to delivering world-class public service.
