Community Support & Distribution Assistant Center for Mental Resilience Position Type:Part-Time Schedule:Flexible (typically 12 hours/week within the following windows) Tuesday:2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Wednesday:12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Thursday:2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Pay:$25/hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and efficient team member to support our community resource program.This role is responsible for stocking shelves, packing supply bags, and assisting with in-person pickup days for families receiving essential items.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and contributing to meaningful community support efforts.Key Responsibilities Stocking & Organization - Receive, organize, and stock incoming supplies (groceries, hygiene items, infant items) - Maintain clean and orderly storage areas - Keep shelves consistently stocked and easy to access Packing Bags - Assemble supply bags in three standard sizes:4-pack, 2-pack, 1-pack - Maintain a consistent inventory of 10 (4-packs), 10 (2-packs), and 10 (1-packs) - Pack bags throughout each shift to stay prepared for upcoming distribution days Distribution Support - Assist with client check-in and handing out bags - Help manage flow of up to 28 individuals per day - Ensure a smooth, organized, and respectful pickup process - Follow program guidelines (ID checks, eligibility, etc.) Daily Workflow - Between pickup times, continue packing bags and restocking shelves - Monitor supply levels and communicate when items are running low Ideal Candidate - Highly organized and dependable - Able to work independently - Comfortable with light physical work (lifting, packing, moving items) - Friendly and professional with clients - Able to maintain structure in a fast-paced environment Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in helping families access essential resources in a smooth, dignified, and efficient way.Your work directly supports the well-being of our community.Pay:From $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
