This opportunity entails providing compensation analytical support by assisting in the design, development, implementation and administration of compensation policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent application and accomplishment of Human Resources objectives. Assists in the development of special studies and recommendations on a variety of compensation projects, programs and policies. What You'll Do: Participates in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the marketplace. Oversees salary survey database and integrity of associated market data. Leads the administrative processes related to the creation and on-going maintenance of job profiles, geographic differentials, and salary ranges, preparing supporting compensation materials as requested. Provides analysis to support updates during the review and implementation of processes. Audits employee data to ensure compliance with current compensation policies and practices, identifying and working with HR Partners to address any issues. Assists in annual market job pricing studies to validate and make recommendations for changes to existing structures, geographic pay differentials, new graduate rates etc. Conducts analysis of jobs descriptions, base salaries, to evaluate internal equal pay, external competitiveness and legal compliance of pay practices.
