Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to our gymnasts. Your role will involve teaching skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive and supportive environment. Duties Develop and implement training programs for athletes or participants Provide instruction on proper techniques and strategies Plan and organize practices Evaluate individual and team performance and provide feedback for improvement Promote sportsmanship and teamwork Ensure the safety of participants during training and competitions Monitor and enforce rules and regulations Assist with organizing and coordinating special events for team members Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition Skills Strong knowledge and experience in competitive gymnastics Ability to effectively communicate and educate individuals or groups Experience working with students of different ages and skill levels Ability to climb, lift, and move equipment as needed Proficient in behavior management techniques If you are passionate about coaching and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
