In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive body repairs and restorations on vehicles, ensuring each project meets high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.Your expertise will help bring vehicles back to their optimal condition, contributing to our reputation for excellence in automotive repair.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your craftsmanship, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talents and grow your career.Duties Perform full-body repairs, including panel replacement, welding, sanding, and finishing to restore vehicles to factory specifications Assess damage accurately and develop effective repair plans to ensure efficient workflow Use specialized tools and equipment safely and effectively throughout the repair process Collaborate with estimators and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards Document repair procedures thoroughly for record-keeping and future reference Experience Proven experience as a Body Man or similar role within automotive repair shops or collision centers Strong knowledge of vehicle body structures, materials, and repair techniques Ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and spray guns proficiently Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain repairs clearly Certifications such as I-CAR or ASE Body Repair Certification are highly desirable but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with precision Join us in delivering outstanding vehicle restorations!
