Job description Handle complex tort litigation matters for corporate clients Support trial preparation and trial execution Oversee discovery directed to firm clients including coordination and responses Assist with preparation and defense of company fact and expert witnesses Manage and coordinate local counsel across the country Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive legal memoranda Conduct legal research and develop case strategy with the team Partner closely with attorneys to drive matters forward efficiently
