Job Description
Epiq Counsel is supporting a globally recognized, Fortune 100 consumer products company with a search for a Compliance Operations Professional for a contract role with strong potential to convert to full‑time. This position supports the operational backbone of a global compliance program, with hands‑on involvement across policy management, compliance training, records management, and compliance technology initiatives. Ideal for professionals who are detail‑driven, tech‑savvy, and process‑oriented, with compliance or legal operations experience. Engagement Highlights Contract engagement (3–6 months) with conversion potential Full‑time (40 hours/week) Hybrid position with onsite work at a Chicago office located in the West Loop / Fulton Market area (2–3 days onsite) Direct collaboration with compliance leadership on global initiatives Role Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in compliance operations, compliance program support, legal operations, or a related role Familiarity with compliance frameworks, policies, codes of conduct, training programs, and records management Strong comfort with technology, systems, and digital tools (SharePoint, learning platforms, content tools, analytics) Experience supporting global or multi‑region compliance programs strongly preferred Excellent organizational, project coordination, and communication skills Creative mindset with the ability to improve content, processes, and user experience Benefits Compensation commensurate with experience. 401(k) with company match PTO and paid federal holidays Optional medical coverage; HSA Account; Wellness Program Employee Assistance Program Pre-tax Commuter Benefits (as applicable) Should your experience meet the role requirements, the Epiq Counsel team will contact you.
