Description The Compliance Specialist ensures that the organization complies with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and contractual requirements associated with government contracting. The role supports the company’s ethics and compliance program and ensures adherence to regulations such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and export control laws (ITAR/EAR) and import control laws. The Compliance Specialist works closely with contracts, legal, finance, HR, and security teams to identify compliance risks, implement controls, and maintain regulatory compliance across company operations.
